The Catholic church in Sweden has around 119 000 members but the total amount of Catholics here is estimated to around 150 000 persons.
The Catholic diocese of Stockholm consists of 44 parishes all over the country.
Alongside the Catholic parishes in Sweden there are a number of missions that celebrate mass and organise activities in their own language.
The members of each mission belong to a parish but they are also active in their missions.
