Safeguarding policy

The Catholic Diocese of Stockholm has a safeguarding policy against sexual abuse of minors, which can be downloaded in full here:

It is extremely important not to remain silent about suspicions of abuse, but to report what one knows:

• Suspicions or knowledge of abuse within the Church’s activities must be reported to the Police or the Social Services.

• Suspicions or knowledge of abuse must also be reported as soon as possible to the Vicar General or to another of the diocese’s contact persons.
